| Pricing | Prices and case packs are subject to change in accordance with current
manufacturers policies. If you wish to be notified of any changes before
your order is shipped, please indicate so in the comments or special
instructions section of your order before submitting.

Minimum Web Order |
The minimum wholesale website order is $100. If you are a retail/hobbyist
customer please fax, call, or email us for pricing information.

|
|
|||
| Shipping | We will make every effort to select the lowest cost method of shipping
your order to you. Small orders are normally shipped by UPS and larger
orders by Motor Freight. UPS is responsible to bring your package inside:
Motor Freight carriers are responsible to bring the boxes to the tailgate of
their truck only (unless other arrangements have been made.)
Please
see the following nationwide free-freight program available to our customers. All orders not qualifying for these programs will have
applicable shipping charges added to the final invoice.

Damage (UPS) |
Your order will be packed to arrive in good condition. Please look
on your invoice (attached in a plastic sleeve on the outside of one box) for
the number of boxes shipped. After assuring that you have
all boxes please open and inspect your shipment within 48 hours. If
there is damage please call UPS at 800-742-5877 to file a claim -- you will
need the label off the box for details, then call us and give us the claim
number. We will issue credit to your account and manage the claim from
there.

Damage (Motor Freight) |
Boxes are stacked and shrink wrapped on a pallet for one step handling
to reduce or eliminate extra handling damage. If you detect any
obvious damage upon delivery, note the damage directly on the delivery
ticket before signing it. Contact the carrier and tell them you want
to file a claim, then give us a call and we will manage the claim and issue
credit to your account.

| Shortages | Each order is double checked for accuracy. Please check your order
carefully against your packing list/invoice attached to the outside of one
box. Report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment (UPS Shipments) |
Visa, MasterCard, prepayment by check or COD (UPS charges $9 for COD)

Payment (Motor Freight) |
Visa, MasterCard or prepayment by check. Orders cannot be shipped
COD.

| Returns | Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any
goods back to us. We will pay return shipping charges only on items
mis-shipped or defective. All other returns must be shipped at the
cost of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Special order items are not returnable.
